We are looking for a freelance Event Retail Manager to run our festival-based retail operations at 3 key summer events. This is a focused but fun role, with opportunity to work with the wider team.

We are looking for a handful of freelance Festival Retail Assistants to help run our festival-based retail operations across 3 key summer events. This is a customer-facing role, requiring lots of time and energy for our community.

We’re looking for two friendly and confident Lead Information Cadettes to head up our Info Cabin at Camp Kindling and Camp Wildfire 2025. This is a team-leading, customer-facing role at the heart of the action, ideal for those who thrive in a busy festival environment.

We work with hundreds of temporary crew members every year. If you believe you would be a good fit for our events, and are motivated to help bring to life our 3 summer events then we'd love to hear from you.

We are looking for volunteer Firemasters to spark joy through leading a cosy vibe and safely maintaining the campfire in each camping area.
