Camp Kindling & Camp Wildfire

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Event Production Manager to lead delivery across Camp Kindling and Camp Wildfire 2026.

You'll take a central role in coordinating suppliers, managing onsite teams and ensuring the event runs safely, smoothly and on schedule.

This is a practical, hands-on role that requires strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure.

Key Information

  • Rates: £300/day onsite | £220/day pre-production (flexible depending on experience)
  • Onsite dates: Approx. 21 days between 17 August – 10 September 2026
  • Pre-production: Approx. 5–10 days between 25 May – 16 August 2026
  • Location: Woodland site near Sevenoaks, Kent
  • Accommodation & catering: Provided onsite
  • Application deadline: Midnight, 20 May 2026

What you'll be responsible for

Pre-production

  • Developing and owning production schedules and delivery plans
  • Coordinating suppliers and aligning timelines, access and requirements
  • Supporting site planning, infrastructure and logistics
  • Updating Event Safety Management Plans
  • Identifying risks and building contingency plans

Onsite delivery

  • Leading build, live event and break phases against a tight schedule
  • Acting as the central point of coordination across suppliers, crew and team
  • Leading the production team, including Coordinators, and reporting into the Festival Director
  • Running daily briefings and production meetings

Supplier & infrastructure management

  • Acting as the main point of contact for key infrastructure and production suppliers (power, water, toilets, staging, waste, cleaning, sound, lighting, structures, wifi)
  • Ensuring suppliers deliver to agreed plans, specifications and timelines
  • Coordinating between suppliers where dependencies exist
  • Troubleshooting issues in real time and driving practical solutions

Operations & safety

  • Working with Event Control and Safety teams to manage live issues
  • Monitoring site activity, crowd movement and facilities
  • Ensuring delivery aligns with safety plans and compliance requirements
  • Making clear, confident decisions in time-sensitive situations

Desirable experience

  • Experience managing infrastructure suppliers
  • Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH)
  • First Aid certification
  • Plant tickets / machinery experience
  • Full driving licence
