(all onsite work is 6-8 hours per day, depending on requirements and plans)
Pre-site prep work hours – TBC - Location: A beautiful heritage pine forest near Sevenoaks, Kent

We are looking for caring and energetic people, with excellent hosting skills, who love LOVE! People who are enthusiastic about all the types and ways of love, and want to help humans find romantic connection with other humans, and have a great time doing it. This is primarily a hosting role, acting as the faces and personalities of the Wildkind Cupids; executing games and activities to keep people interacting and engaged.
Your responsibilities
- Hosting the Cupid's Club Mixers in the evening
- Hosting and running the Cupid's Cabin in the daytime (on rota'd slots), welcoming participants into the space and helping them get setup with profiles
- Working with the coordinator to prep and collect anything needed for each event
- Taking excellent care of all participants, especially those who look like they may be finding it hard or overwhelming
- Aiding conversations delicately and encouraging people to get involved
Your skills & experience
- Hosting live events
- Festival experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Desirable skills & experience
- Experience at LGBTQ events
- Live performance (i.e. comedy, acting)
- Therapeutic / counselling / coaching practice
- Driving licence
