Night Event Production Manager
We are looking for a freelance Night Production Manager for our summer events. You'll be the evening counterpart to our Production Manager.

Camp Kindling: Fri 21 – Sun 23 Aug
Camp Wildfire #1: Fri 28 – Sun 30 Aug
Camp Wildfire #2: Fri 4 Sept – Sun 6 Sept - Location: A beautiful heritage pine forest near Sevenoaks, Kent

Your responsibilities
- Live event management, ensuring the evenings of our events run smoothly
- Managing the night production assistant, delegating clear tasks
- Working with the site manager & security to ensure our live music area is cleared on time each eve
- Evening briefing of security, crew and stewards
- Handover with Event Production Manager each eve
- Event Control Management, ensuring any issues are logged and responded to
- Lead any evening meetings with the production and site team
- Active monitoring of event activities, customer movement and facilities provided
Your skills & experience
- Demonstrable significant festival manager / operations experience managing the successful delivery of outdoor events (ideally in the evening)
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and quickly respond
- Superb communication skills
- Experience of working with project management software
- Driving Licence
Desirable skills & experience
- Experience of event site management
- First Aid Certificate
- Plant Certificates
- Health & Safety Qualification (such as IOSH)
