Accessible Representative
We are looking for a calm, proactive and people-first individual to join our onsite team as our Accessible Representative across all three summer events. This role is key to delivering a joyful, considered and smooth experience for all campers with access needs - from pre-arrival advice to managing buggy rides, accessible facilities and camp layouts.
You’ll be the point person for all things accessibility onsite. With kindness, good judgment and logistical know-how, you’ll help shape an inclusive space that considers physical needs and improves access in ways both big and small.

- Rates: £160/day pre-production | £160/day onsite
- Dates:
- 2 days remote pre-production
- 10.5 live days on the following dates:
- Camp Kindling: Fri 15 – Mon 18 Aug
- Camp Wildfire #1: Fri 22 – Mon 25 Aug
- Camp Wildfire #2: Fri 29 Aug – Mon 1 Sept 2025
- Location: A beautiful heritage pine forest near Sevenoaks, Kent

- Food/Accom: Onsite shared bell tent accommodation & catering
Your Responsibilities
Before and during live event days:
- Manage and maintain the Accessible Camping Area, ensuring space for ingress/egress and a welcoming environment.
- Oversee accessibility infrastructure (accessible camping area layout, higher physical needs zones).
- Plan and operate the Access Buggy service, creating a process that supports attendees in a reliable, friendly and timely way.
- Communicate with Accessible attendees who have requested support, offering helpful updates and a warm welcome.
- Coordinate with Site Ops, Production and Welfare to keep accessibility services flowing seamlessly across departments.
- Liaise with the site office and information teams for real-time updates and to log attendee queries.
- Keep a log of feedback, reports, and successes for future improvements.
- Attend Camp Council each Sunday to flag key accessibility updates and represent Wildkind to this community.
- Assist with any urgent access or mobility needs from attendees during the live event.
- Debrief key learnings and note opportunities for improvement, no matter how small.
- Share insights on budget prioritisation for maximum accessibility impact.
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in event attendee support, festival accessibility, or disability services.
- A natural organiser with a big heart, able to create calm in a fast-paced festival environment.
- Confidence managing onsite logistics (e.g. coordinating transport services, accessible area layouts, facilities).
- A great communicator - able to chat with attendees, and represent access needs in meetings.
- Reliable, proactive and solution-focused.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of accessibility legislation or lived experience of access needs
- Familiarity with outdoor events or camping environments
- Previous experience working with volunteers.
- Driving Licence
