Your Wildkind Social Club account is where you manage your personal details, sign in, and access your dashboard. From your dashboard, you can see your monthly credits, upcoming experiences, and past bookings.

How do I sign in?
Go to club.wildkind.co.uk and click Sign In in the top menu.
You can sign in using:
Email and password (the email you signed up with), or
Google (if that’s how you created your account)
Once signed in, you’ll land on your Dashboard, where you can see your credits and upcoming experiences.
I forgot my password
No problem! Here's how to reset it:
1. Go to the Sign In page
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your inbox for a reset link (check spam/junk too)
5. Click the link and set a new password
6. Sign in with your new password
The reset link expires after a short time for security. If it's expired, just request a new one.
I'm not receiving the password reset email
Try these steps:
1. Check spam/junk folders - Password reset emails sometimes get filtered
2. Wait a few minutes - Emails can take up to 5 minutes to arrive
3. Check the email address - Make sure you're using the exact email you signed up with
4. Try again - Request another reset email

How do I update my profile?
1. Sign in and go to your Dashboard
2. Scroll down to the Your Profile section
3. Click Edit
4. Update your details
5. Click Save Changes
You can update:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- City preference
Can I change my email address?
Your email address is linked to your account and can't be changed through the website. If you need to update it, please message us via live chat or email on office@wildkind.co.uk and we'll help you sort it out.
Why do you need my phone number?
We use your phone number to:
- Contact you if there's a last-minute change to an experience
- Allow our host to reach you if you're running late on the day
We won't use it for marketing or share it with anyone.
Why do you need my birth year?
We ask for birth year to:
- Confirm you're over 21 (our minimum age requirement)
- Help us understand our membership demographics
We don't share your age with other members.
How do I delete my account?
We're sorry to see you go! To delete your account:
1. First, cancel your subscription (see Membership & Billing)
2. Then message us via live chat or email on office@wildkind.co.uk to request account deletion
We'll remove your personal data in accordance with privacy regulations. Note that some anonymised data (like feedback ratings) may be retained.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We take security seriously:
- Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication (industry standard)
- Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI compliant, we never see your card details)
- All pages use HTTPS encryption
- Your email is used only for account access and communications from us
We never sell your data to third parties.
