Credits & Booking Experiences

Your Wildkind Social Club membership includes one experience per month. We manage this using monthly credits, you receive 1 credit each month, and you use it to book 1 experience.

This article explains how credits work, when experiences are released, and how to book.


How do credits work?

Credits are how you book experiences.

  • You receive 1 credit per month

  • Each experience costs 1 credit

  • Credits are valid for the calendar month they’re issued

When your membership renews (either at signup or on the 1st of the month), your credit for that month appears in your account.


Do credits roll over?

No. Credits are valid only for the month they’re issued and expire at the end of that month.

This helps keep the Social Club active and encourages members to make the most of each month’s experience.


How do I check my credit balance?

  1. Sign in and go to your Dashboard. You’ll see:

    • Your current month’s credit

    • Whether you’ve already booked an experience

    • When your next credit will be available


How do I book an experience?

1. Sign in and go to Experiences

2. Browse the available experiences for this month

3. Click on one to see full details (date, time, location, who's going)

4. Click Enrol - 1 credit

5. Done! You'll see a confirmation and receive an email with all the details


When are new experiences revealed?

New experiences are released at 9am (UK time) on the 1st of each month.

Before then, you may see “Secret Experience” cards showing limited details. Full information is revealed once the experiences go live.


Can I book experiences for future months?

No. You can only book experiences for the current month using that month’s credit.

Your next credit becomes available on the 1st of the following month, after your membership renews.


What if an experience is full?

If all spots are taken, enrolment will close. Spaces sometimes reopen if another member cancels, so it’s worth checking back.

Group sizes are kept intentionally small (usually 10–20 people).


How do I see who else is going?

Each experience page includes a Who’s Going section showing the first names of members who’ve enrolled. This can help you know what to expect before you arrive.


I booked but didn't receive a confirmation email

Check your spam or junk folder first, sometimes our emails end up there.

If you still can't find it:

1. Go to My Experiences in your account

2. If your booking shows there, you're all set

3. If it doesn't show, try booking again
