Your Wildkind Social Club membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. This article explains how pricing, renewal dates, mid-month joining, cancellations, and payment issues work.

How much does it cost?

Wildkind Social Club costs £50 per month.

This includes:

- 1 experience credit per month

- Access to all members-only experiences

- A professional host at every event

- Optional social afterwards

- The ability to cancel anytime


When will I be charged?

  1. At signup: £50 is charged immediately when you complete checkout

  2. Ongoing: Your membership renews automatically on the 1st of each month


What if I join mid-month?

To keep billing fair, how credits are issued depends on when you join:

Join on or before the 15th:

- You get this month's experience credit

- Your next charge is on the 1st of next month

Join after the 15th:

- You get next month's experience credit (not this month's)

- Your next charge is on the 1st of the month after that

This way, you're never charged twice within a month.

Examples:

- Join January 10th → Get January credit, next charge February 1st

- Join January 20th → Get February credit, next charge March 1st


How do I update my payment method?

1. Sign in to your account

2. Go to your Dashboard

3. Click Manage Subscription

4. You'll be taken to our secure payment portal

5. Click Update payment method and enter your new card details

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store your full card details.


How do I cancel my membership?

We'd be sad to see you go, but there are no fees to cancel your membership:

1. Sign in to your account

2. Go to your Dashboard

3. Click Manage Subscription

4. Click Cancel subscription in the payment portal

5. Confirm your cancellation

What happens when you cancel:

  • Your membership stays active until the end of your current billing period

  • You can still use any remaining credits during that time

  • No further charges will be taken

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Can I pause my membership instead of cancelling?

We don’t currently offer the option to pause memberships or roll over unused credits to future months. However, you’re welcome to cancel your membership and rejoin whenever you’re ready.


What happens if my payment fails?

If your card is declined:

  • We’ll retry the payment automatically over the next few days

  • You’ll receive an email so you can update your payment method

While a payment is overdue, account access may be limited until payment is successful.


Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. After each payment, you’ll receive an email receipt and invoice from Stripe.


I was charged but my credits didn't appear

This can happen if there’s a short delay while our systems sync.

Try:

  1. Refreshing your dashboard

  2. Signing out and back in

  3. Waiting a few minutes

If credits still aren’t showing after 10 minutes, message us via live chat or email office@wildkind.co.uk and we’ll sort it out.
