Key Information

Salary: £52,000 to £62,000 per year depending on experience with opportunity to grow

Social: Monthly adventures/parties with your team

Health: Private healthcare insurance

Education: £1000 per year for your learning and development

Tools: Premium hardware and software for you to do your best work

Annual Leave: 30 days (including public holidays)

Location: Hybrid (Min 2 days per week in London Office)

Hours: 35hrs per week (Normally 10:00-18:00 but some flexibility possible)

Your mission

Own the ticket sales strategy and develop, execute and optimise paid media digital marketing campaigns. Experiment with other digital tactics to find alternative growth pathways, blending creativity with scientific rigour to test ideas and scale successes.

Your objectives

  1. Increase ROAS across paid media channels (Meta, Tiktok, Google)
  2. Improve website conversion rates across key conversion types (visit>registration, registration>purchase)
  3. Reduce reliance on paid media channels by improving organic discovery, referral and retention channels

Your responsibilities

We focus on objectives and results, with individuals driving the best ways to achieve them. The exact responsibilities will evolve under your leadership, but will include:

  • Drive sales growth for our existing events and ecommerce stores. Support the launch of new experiences and products.
  • Manage and mentor the Social Media & Community Marketer.
  • Report to the Managing Director and collaborate with senior team members.
  • Own and execute paid advertising strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms (e.g. Pinterest, Snapchat).
  • Maintain and improve marketing data tracking, analytics, and attribution with support from developers as needed.
  • Develop and run a website CRO strategy, testing and improving key conversions and funnel effectiveness.
  • Manage website content and collaborate on SEO improvements and keyword strategies.
  • Design and run experiments to uncover growth opportunities and scale successful tactics.
  • Provide performance insights using analytics and session tracking tools to inform marketing and product decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally to embed marketing into digital and physical experiences to improve retention and referrals.

Your experience & abilities

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years managing a direct report.
  • Paid Media Management: Proven success running and optimising Meta ad accounts with £50k+ monthly spend; experience with TikTok, Google, YouTube or Pinterest is a bonus.
  • Technical Skills: Confident working with websites, tag managers, ad platforms and data flows; able to interface with developers and solve tracking and attribution issues.
  • SEO: Knowledge of technical and strategic SEO fundamentals.
  • Analytics & Attribution: Skilled in GA, GTM, and CRM/CDPs; ideally with experience in SQL, Tableau or Mixpanel.
  • CRO & Data-Driven Insight: Experience improving conversion rates through user behaviour analysis and systematic testing.
  • Scientific Mindset: Familiar with hypothesis-driven marketing and experimentation processes.
  • Customer Psychology: Strong ability to empathise with target audiences and apply behavioural insights to drive action.
  • Complex Campaign Organisation: Skilled in organising multiple creative, copy, placement and audience combinations for performance campaigns.
  • Messaging & Retention: Capable of editing conversion-focused copy and running email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
