Key Information
Rates: £270/day onsite. £220/day pre-production.
Dates: 20 days onsite between 12th Aug - 4th Sept. 5-10 days remote pre-production work between 1 July - 11th Aug.
Location: A beautiful heritage pine forest near Sevenoaks, Kent

Your responsibilities
- Preparation of event production schedules.
- Updating Event Safety Management Plans
- Live event management & delivery, ensuring events run smoothly & punctually.
- Onsite build / break management, ensuring they run to the tight production schedule.
- Overseeing suppliers ensuring they work according to site plans and production schedules.
- Managing the production team, delegating clear, daily tasks.
- Working with the site manager & crew to ensure the site opens on time and is safe.
- Onsite briefing of gate staff, traffic management, security and stewards.
- Working with the event control manager to quickly respond to & manage any onsite issues.
- Lead daily meetings with the promoter and site team.
- Oversee Health & Safety advisors to ensure on-site implementation of Event Safety Management Plans.
- Active monitoring of event activities, customer movement and facilities provided.
Your skills & experience
- Demonstrable significant festival manager / operations experience managing the successful delivery of outdoor events.
- Experience line managing onsite teams and dealing with varied suppliers.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and to multi-task.
- Superb communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Experience of working with project management software

- Experience of event site management
- First Aid Certificate
- Plant Certificates
- Driving Licence
- Health & Safety Qualification (such as IOSH)
