Accessibility Provisions Application

All campers wishing to use any of our accessible facilities, including the Personal Assistant (PA) Ticket Scheme, must complete the form below and hold either a valid Nimbus Access Card or a Digital Nimbus Wildkind Access Pass.

If you don’t already have an Access Card, you can apply for one (£15 for 3 years) or apply for a free Digital Access Pass, which is valid only for Wildkind events.

Accessible provisions will be allocated according to the symbols awarded by the Nimbus team. You can find an explanation of the symbols here.

Which event is your booking for?
Please enter the order number so that we can locate the ticket you have booked. You can only apply for accessibility provisions once you have booked your own ticket to an event. You can find the order number in your confirmation email or on the orders page in your account.
If you haven’t yet applied for an Access Card or Digital Access Pass, you can find the link to apply at the top of this page. We are no longer able to accept any other forms of evidence.
